PRE-SSDD in Folkets Park

28 March – 21 April, a sneak peek of Southern Sweden Design Days  takes place in the outdoor exhibition PRE-SSDD at Parktorget in Folkets Park, Malmö. Selected SSDD's participants present objects, processes and visions ahead of this year's design festival. 

Folkets Park is Sweden's oldest folk park, a green oasis and experience destination in urban Malmö. In collaboration with Folkets park, the concept "PRE-SSDD" launches a preview into the design festival and show what is to come during the festival days in May. 

PRE-SSDD coincides with the Southern Sweden Design Days program release and will be the first insight into the program. Here, participants present previous works, work-in-progress and visions. The objects on display have a focus on local manufacturing, reuse, furniture and industrial design and are examples of the different stages of the design process from idea to finished product.
