Qualitys based on a place, textile works based on our place.
Textiles from the linen closet of the ancestors combined with what we find within walking distance. Textile collages where we dye with what grows here and add impressions through screen printing. Smaller individual parts that can be combined into larger works and larger parts that hang like irregular patchwork. We call it Terroir – an echo of a place.
Lisa and Esa Tanttu are the couple behind Jollygoodfellow Printing Studio. They work in the borderland between art, design and craft. The main focus is on screen printing and self-initiated projects are interspersed with commissioned work. Much of the inspiration comes from nature, which Lisa and Esa often enjoy from the bike. Since 2012, they have been based in Arlöv.
