My name is Anna Sjölin, and for nearly 30 years, I have run AnnaPenna form & Illustration and Galleri 51 KVADRAT, where primarily my own and Malin Helgesson's artwork is displayed.

Over the years, I’ve had many wonderful collaborations with various clients – some of them include Malmö City, Bonniers, Egmont, Gleerups, Malmö Museum, Hemmets Veckotidning, Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan, Expressteatern, Stockholms MusikTeater, Folkuniversitet, and more.

Series strips, games, puzzles, books, theater posters, informational material…

Often, my illustration assignments have dealt with difficult topics, such as vulnerable children in families with addiction and mental health issues, or helping people with intellectual disabilities understand how to go and vote when it's election time. Or, as a child, learning letters and numbers.

Painting stands in contrast to these assignments with set boundaries and problem-solving. Here, I can stretch my creative wings in a different way. I love both of my worlds!

I, Malin Helgesson, have been running ADorABLE for 15 years and am currently active primarily in Malmö and its surroundings. With an art school education, an Art Director training at Berghs School of Communication, and 22 years of experience in the advertising agency industry, I’ve had many wonderful collaborations with various advertising agencies in Malmö, as well as my own clients – some of these include Malmö City, SWEA International, Mastio, Fogarolli, IKEA, and Alga.

My assignments vary, including developing strong graphic profiles, overall concepts, packaging design, game design, advertising campaigns, and various illustration projects. I think strategically, sustainably, and ensure that the idea, execution, and final result are cohesive throughout the process. A strength of my one-woman agency is that I handle all aspects, from idea and sketch to finished product.

When I am in my artistic mode and draw figure studies, I switch hands from right to left to let go of control, detail focus, and create a liberating, beautiful, and fragile quality in the lines. My art is a tribute to the body in all its forms, creativity, desire, and everything else done without a thought of perfection.

The designer of the fashion brand Robert&Blad, Helle Robertson, gave up the fight against her own creativity, diagnosed herself with Pathological Utilization Syndrome, and decided to embrace her constant flow of ideas for upcycling, reuse, and redesign. Thus, ROBERTSON ReDESIGN was born.

"I don’t make products, I create objects to make people think," says designer Helle Robertson. "My work is literally about the consequences of the outdated production and consumption system that still prevails. So, to hell with the system!"
