Opening of the exhibition MALMÖ!! Concert & performance by punk band SMISK!!

SMISK! is a notorious punk quintet, based in Malmö, that has existed since 2016. With their child-proof femme-punk and their equivocal lyrics, the band has become known both for their confrontational and unpredictable live performances, and for their extravagant and extreme stage costumes. They are somewhere between dirty and opulent punk and avant-garde performance art. The band SMISK!! plays Elina Pahnke, Felicia Scholander, Elin Stridsberg, Linnea Jönsson and Ivar Strömdahl.

PERNILLA HULTÉN is a Malmö-based filmmaker who grew up in Limhamn and studied film at the Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara where she received a Bachelor's degree in film/video in 1990. Pernilla Hultén has produced approx. 100 films as a freelance filmmaker in Sweden and the USA and in 2002-03 she made the documentary film Kranfrossa, a unique period documentary about the dismantling of the Kockums Crane and how it affected the people of Malmö and Malmö as a city.

HENRIK MÖLLER, born in 1976 in Malmö, is a Swedish writer and filmmaker active in Malmö. He is perhaps best known for his over one hundred drawn satirical art films. Möller has exhibited at Malmö Konsthall during Malmö Gallery Night 2009 and the films have been shown on TV and at film festivals in North and South America.

MAX SOLCA is a graffiti painter active in Malmö. His paintings are simple and stripped-down with a focus on humor, contrast and recognition. Works broadly with animations, clothing design etc. but usually paints outdoors in carefully selected locations with a spray can.

GUDAGRANT is a Malmö-based printing company founded in 2020 and run by Lin and Jimmy Hafström. Gudagrant works with screen printing for customers but also designs and prints their own materials. Several of their motifs are Malmö-influenced, such as their Kuken, Malmö Komun and Malmö Barbie designs.
