This exhibition explores the intersection of the natural and virtual worlds through art, inspired by the mobile game Pokémon GO. The project features collaborative paintings where classical landscapes, created with acrylics on canvas, are seamlessly merged with contemporary elements — Pokémon imagined as inhabitants of these serene environments.
The two artists behind the project, Alicja and Christos, met through their shared love of Pokémon GO. Despite their different backgrounds, they found common ground in art and gaming, sparking a creative partnership. Their process involves a silent, intuitive dialogue: one artist paints a landscape, and the other, without prior input, adds Pokémon into the scene — blending their individual styles into a unified artistic expression.
This collection invites viewers to experience a world where tradition meets technology, and collaboration transcends words.
