Birgitta Helmersson is a designer working with zero waste pattern cutting to reduce textile waste in the fashion industry. Using a zero waste method Birgitta develops sewing patterns and garments from her studio in Malmö, and has written a book, ‘Zero Waste Patterns’ (Quadrille 2023), which contains 20 sewing projects showing how both textile and paper waste can be eliminated from clothing production.

Gergely Kovacs is a furniture designer and maker. His designs are usually limited edition or unique works that are a representation of his research process. Being previously educated as a design historian, the starting point for Gergely's work is often theoretical in nature. He works with the enduring questions relating to modernity and materials, offering his own answers and solutions in the present, positioned in our current understanding of materials, user needs and technology. It is in the balancing of the theoretical and practical aspects of design that his creative process thrives.

Gergely's work aims to elevate and celebrate everyday, often overlooked materials and encourage a reassessment of the values they manifest. He wants to encourage further inspection of what is often hidden from our view, what may easily go unnoticed but is replete with value, be it material or conceptual.

Josefin Bravo is a glassblower who designs and manufactures all her glass herself. Her designs are inspired by color, shape, clarity and expressions such as humor and provocation. She is in constant development and always gets new ideas which she tries her hardest to realize. The dream of becoming a glassblower made Josefin and her family move in 2020 from central Malmö to the small community of Örsjö, which is located among forests and lakes in the middle of Småland. Today she is active at "The Glass Factory" in Boda, a knowledge center and a creative meeting place for artists, designers and visitors in the middle of Glasriket - 'The Kingdom of Crystal'.

Josefine Reuterborg is a silversmith based in Malmö. Her primary focus is on the classic unisex signet ring with its history and tradition mixed with a roughness that reflects our present. All her jewelry is handmade and limited edition, usually in an edition of 1 of 1. Using different techniques and textures, she wants to create the illusion that the silver jewelry is made of different materials. It started as a hobby but became her lifeline and since 2015 constitutes her biggest passion in life.

Textile and product designer Lisa Darland aims to enrich people's haptic experience of everyday life through tactility, colour and form. She challenges traditional textile techniques to improve the user's experience, find new expressions, minimize waste and develop products for a circular production cycle. By utilizing both different techniques and material characteristics.

After graduating with a master's degree in design from Royal Danish Academy in 2019 with additional studies at Rhode Island School of design, she founded her own studio in the beginning of 2020.

Sam Persson is a graphic designer based in Malmö running his own studio Sam-Arbete. Clear goals and a crystal clear vision are always the basis of all visual communication. Clear communication requires that everything works together. That everything supports and harmonizes. With this philosophy, Sam primarily works with creating new or further developing existing visual identities for his clients. The results of this work are expressed through traditional graphic manuals, logos, illustrations, advertising material, content creation such as e.g. motion graphics and web design.
