Graduation exhibition by students from the Graphic Design program at Malmö University
Every part of a design, whether it’s a pixel, a line or a color, contributes to creating a visual story. The different parts are important and bringing them together to create something new is common practice for a graphic designer.
Now the time has come to bring the students’ projects together for this year’s graduation exhibition. During their education, the graduating students have studied design history and explored new design solutions while trying to find their own visual voice. Some of the exam projects challenge and break away from tradition, others flirt with classical genres and expressions, while some are exploring current trends in the field.
To show the variety of expressions, the projects are presented as separate fragmented parts in the collective space of the exhibition site. The exam projects include picture books, campaigns, magazines, photo books, tapestries, wallpapers, packaging design, graphic profiles and much more.
