Aster is located in the new old district Varvsstaden, where Kockums used to live. The restaurant's focus is cooking over fire, partly in a wood oven, but also over an open fire because it makes cooking come alive. Influences are drawn from Europe, and the menu changes often depending on what crops are ready. Elements from the fire can also find their way into the restaurant's cocktail menu, which offers both classics and own compositions. The wine list focuses on natural wines from Europe. The restaurant's vegetables are grown in the village of Fjelie outside Lund, where Aster has over 3,000 square meters of land. Therefore, you can guarantee freshness with every bite.

Mygel is located in an industrial area in Frihamnen among old warehouses. The restaurant is run by three women with high ambitions.
