Southern Sweden Design Days 2025 has arrived! And from 22–25 May, you will get to explore the city in a whole new way. Workshops, exhibitions, parties, there is so much to choose from!

That is why I am sharing some unmissable recommendations, tips, and a big surprise. Keep reading to make the most of this year’s festival!

This might be the most boring part… or maybe not, who knows!

I am Clara Sanz, and I’ve been living in Malmö for over a year now. Honestly, I think they should give me a Guinness World Record for being the fastest person to discover every corner of this city.

Guided tour

Surprise! In collaboration with SSDD, I’m doing a guided tour around the center of Malmö. How cool is that?

When? Saturday, May 24 at 10:00, starting at Stortorget.

During the tour, I will talk about the city, historical buildings, and some fun stories. But that is not all! We will also dive into the story behind the festival, and how it connects Malmö with design and creativity.

To get a better feel for this year’s festival, we will visit 3 exhibitions and meet some of the artists behind the projects.

The tour will last 3 hours, and the price to join is 150 kr (+15 kr service fee). There are only 20 spots, so if I were you, I would be fast!

We will end the tour in the city center, and from there you are free to explore more exhibitions or head over to Lokstallarna (the festivals Main location).
